WHAT DO YOU DO?
Welcome to Fleece & Paw, a small animal rescue centre based in Bedale, North Yorkshire. We take in any unwanted small animal with the aim of finding them their forever home.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based on the outskirts of the small town of Bedale, North Yorkshire. We are located on the site of Big Sheep Little Cow Farm Attraction.
HOW ARE YOU FUNDED?
Fleece & Paw is a not-for-profit organisation which runs purely on donations. We take in any unwanted small animal with the aim of finding them their forever home.​
HOW CAN I SUPPORT YOU?

Come and visit us! By paying entry to Big Sheep and Little Cow Farm you are supporting our rescue centre as we receive donations from the business for letting their customers access the centre

Pop in with a donation! This might be monetary, or in the form of animal feed (even your fresh vegetable peelings from home will help massively towards our feed costs!)

Yes we will always take in any unwanted guinea-pigs (and other small animals) where possible. Once they are health checked they will be advertised for rehoming. I also hobby breed certain breeds so occasionally have babies available.

DO YOU OFFER A BONDING SERVICE?
Yes, we always recommend bringing your pet along when choosing them a friend. Advice and bonding is provided free of charge. We will also bond animals not purchased from us for a small fee.
WHY GIVE MY PET TREATS?
There are many reasons why people choose to give their pet treats. It provides enrichment, a way of keeping those ever-growing rodent teeth healthy, and can be a great way of creating a bond between you and your pet.
Feeding them natural, high quality feeds is important for the same reasons that it is important to us! A healthy diet = a healthy animal . It is also a great way of getting to know more about your pet - they all have different preferences just like we do!
